2022, What A Ride

Hi Guest,

What ar year it's been. In fact, what a 3 years it's been. It feels like I've been hibernating for the time and yet, in many ways, I've been incredibly busy.  Whichever way it is, this year has allowed me to refocus on my business and get myself reorganised.  It's also seen some big changes for me.  


The TL;DR on it all is that I've left Canberra and relocated to Ravenshoe (Ravens Hoe) on the Atherton Tablelands.  For those looking on a map, find Cairns and go about 200km West.  I'm loving the weather and the change in pace of life.  The picture above is a very, very old Curtain Fig Tree, right here on the Atherton Tablelands.


This year, I've restructured my team, rebranded and updated my website, refocussed my services AND launched a new podcast.  You can read about a lot that below.

New Branding and Updated Website

This has been years in the doing and I'm so very pleased to announce my new branding and the new look website. 


You know what they say about a plumbers taps and electricians lights?  They never quite work right ... I felt the same way about my website and branding.  So I took some time out and finished this long running project.

Customer Portal

Our customer portal is now live!  That means you'll be able to login and update your details if you need to.  Change your email address, add your birthday, update your address ...

Meet Gail Budden, my right hand woman.  Gail joined my team in March this year - initially to service a particular project but she proved herself invaluable!


Between answering calls and addressing emails, Gail also assists our clients as well.

New Service ... Hosting ...

Not exactly a new service, but a reviewed and updated service. 


We offer a range of hosting options from shared hosting to dedicated virtual private servers (VPS).  Choose what what suits you now and be sure that your future needs are looked after.


We take security seriously. The security on our servers will ban anyone who makes multiple failed attempts to login to a WordPress website - this stops them accessing the server in total and is designed to deter those hackers who try multiple sites located on a server. 


The additional benefit of our hosting services, is for WordPress website customers. We will install a plugin that will allow us to update the plugins and themes on your site as part of our routine maintenace. No longer do you have to worry about your site software being outdated and exploitable - and the headache of "should I update this" is handled by our team. Even better, there's no extra cost for this service.


Just announced: there's a data centre right here in Australia!
